By using Sndak, or by creating an account on it, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What Sndak is

Sndak is an independent awareness and technical platform, run by the Sndak Team, that helps you protect yourself digitally: checking links and messages, assessing the security of your phone and accounts, practical security guides, step-by-step guidance when something goes wrong, and consultations with experts.

Sndak is not a government body, a law-enforcement body, or an investigative body. The information provided is for awareness and general technical help, and is not legal advice or a guarantee of protection from digital risks.

Limits of check and assessment results

• Link and message check results are estimates, based on automated analysis and trusted sources. A dangerous link or message may go undetected, and something safe may be flagged as suspicious.
• Assessments are guidance based on your answers, not an actual scan of your device or account.
• Guides explain steps in apps and platforms owned by others, whose interfaces may change without our knowledge.

The final decision on how to deal with any link, message, or account remains yours.

Consultations

• Experts provide general technical guidance based on what you describe to them. They do not represent you legally, and do not guarantee a specific outcome (such as recovering an account or money).
• We do not guarantee a specific response time for requests.
• Sndak experts will never ask you for a password, verification code, or card details. If anyone asks you for them in Sndak's name, they are a scammer.
• Consultations are free during the launch period. If we later decide to charge fees, we will announce it clearly in advance, and no fees will apply to a request you sent before the announcement.

Your account

• You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account.
• Provide a valid email address that belongs to you.
• Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately from "My account".
• You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

You may not use Sndak to:

• Send false or abusive consultation requests, or abuse or harass the experts.
• Try to bypass security systems or usage limits, or access other people's data.
• Make heavy automated use of the checking tools, or automatically copy the platform's content.
• Carry out any illegal activity, or anything that harms others or the platform.

We may suspend or restrict any account that violates these terms, notifying it where possible.

Content and trademarks

• The content on Sndak (texts, guides, and design) belongs to Sndak. You may use and share it for personal, awareness, and non-commercial purposes, with credit to the source.
• The names of the platforms and apps mentioned (such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Gmail) are trademarks of their owners. Sndak is not affiliated with or representing any of them.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Sndak is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from using the platform or relying on its results, or from the actions of third parties.
